Taylor Powers on the Humility Required to Lead

Taylor Powers is an executive producer at Easy Mondays, where she helps lead the company’s North American operations, focusing on commercial strategy, roster development, and cultivating new creative opportunities.

With a career spanning agency production and talent representation, Taylor brings a 360-degree perspective to the industry. Before joining Easy Mondays, she spent nearly six years representing directors at Hunky Dory and Doug Stephen & Partners, working alongside some of the industry's most celebrated filmmakers and leading production companies, including Stink, Canada, Love Song, and Magna Studios. She previously held production roles at DDB and FCB.

Known for her sharp creative instincts and ability to connect the right talent with the right opportunities, Taylor is passionate about building meaningful relationships with filmmakers, championing emerging voices, and helping established directors push their work into new creative territory.

At Easy Mondays, she brings that same collaborative spirit to growing the roster, strengthening agency relationships, and expanding the company's reach across commercials and original film and documentary projects.
